是指CEO身份应该获得的股权比例额度,是其独占的。为何要让其独占呢?主要是因为在创业项目发起时,CEO往往是牵头人,是创意的来源,其对该创业项目具有使命感,在比例上,参考值为25%,如果是3人以上团队,该配额不应低于20%。根据早期发起人的多少,可上下浮动10%。
