公司股权如何设计需要注意哪些问题?

一、股权设计方案:包含创业公司股权结构设计、合伙人股权设计、家族企业的股权设计、上市公司股权结构设计、股权架构的设计思路、股权架构设计案例等股权设计参考资料。
