技术入股应该怎么分才合理

一般是指公司核心技术人员在无需缴纳任何出资或仅需缴纳较低出资的前提下获授的公司股权。该类股权一般不得对外转让,且权利受到限制,仅享有分红权与增值权,我们也称之为受限股。
