(一)和企业阶段性目标(阶段性项目)时间周期有关股权激励计划的有效期和完成“企业阶段性目标(阶段性项目)”所需要的时间应该一致。如果股权激励周期和战略周期不匹配,无论有效期过长还是过短,都不利于实现企业战略性目标,就会出现“股权激励计划结束了,但战略规划还没有到期”或者“战略规划到期了,但是股权激励计划还没有结束”的情况。
